10. WHEN YOU'RE 23+, YOU WILL HAVE THE RIGHTS TO OWN ARMOR AND WEAPONS, BUT YOU'LL NEED PAPERS AND PERMISSION FROM THE GOVERNMENT TO TO THAT. WHY? SO YOU CAN PROTECT YOURSELF WHEN YOU'RE IN DANGER.
i dont get it why +23 because when you are +18 you are already an adult so there is no reason to be +23 to get yourself a gun or armor. You might leave your house and live individual when you are +18 you might need a gun or protection so i think that we should be allow to get a gun or protection when you are +18
